Strengthening solidarity and cooperation with African countries has been a strategic priority for China. In recent years, China has aligned its Belt and Road Initiative and the Global Development Initiative with the African Union's Agenda 2063 and various national development strategies across the continent. Through collaborative frameworks such as the "Ten Cooperation Plans," the "Eight Major Initiatives," and now the "Nine Projects," China-Africa cooperation has seen continuous upgrades, opening up new opportunities for both regions and contributing significantly to Africa's modernization journey.

Togo, a key nation along the Belt and Road and a strategic gateway to West Africa, has seen substantial infrastructure support from China over the past decade. As practical cooperation between China and Africa deepens across various sectors, Togo has made remarkable progress in its healthcare infrastructure. With this growth, the country's local health needs have also expanded, particularly in areas such as immunization planning, safe blood management, and the development of biobanks for disease control research and drug development.

As a life sciences and medical innovation digital solutions provider, Haier Biomedical, incubated by Haier Group's health brand, is committed to offering comprehensive digital scenario solutions. These include smart laboratories, smart compliance pharmaceuticals, digital hospitals, smart public health, and smart blood management systems, all tailored for the life sciences and healthcare sectors. In alignment with the Belt and Road Initiative, Haier Biomedical actively contributes to infrastructure projects in over 80 Belt and Road countries, striving to make health innovation accessible globally.

Haier Biomedical's partnership with Togo in the healthcare field is built on a solid foundation and has far-reaching effects. By collaborating with Togo's Ministry of Health, National Health Research Institute, public hospitals, and universities, Haier Biomedical has actively contributed to key projects in medical infrastructure, basic immunization, and COVID-19 prevention. With integrated solutions, the company supports Togo's efforts to enhance its healthcare capacity and improve public health outcomes.

For those who share the same goals, no distance of mountains or seas can keep them apart. As China-Africa health cooperation reaches new heights, Haier Biomedical's collaboration with Togo continues to expand. Under the newly signed memorandum of understanding, Haier Biomedical will work closely with Togo's National Health Research Institute and National Continuing Education College to enhance vaccine coverage and intelligent healthcare management. Moreover, Haier Biomedical will establish an experience and training center in Togo, offering technical training and improving local healthcare standards through diverse, innovative solutions.
